• All tickets do not include camping and parking. Please purchase them separately. Student discount tickets are only available for purchase through our official LINE channel. Please make sure to present your student ID.

• Please present your parking QR code at the ticket booth to receive your parking permit.

• When leaving the parking area, please ensure to take all your personal trash with you. Please do not leave any trash in the parking lot, adhering to the highest environmental principles.

• Vehicles not belonging to vendors are prohibited from parking in the vendor parking area.

• Parking alongside the access roads is strictly prohibited; violators will be towed.

• Please proceed to the ticket booth to present your purchased QR code and submit a deposit of 2000 NT.

• The checkout time is 4:00 PM on May 12th. Please return your account on time. Upon inspection and verification, the deposit will be refunded. Damaged items will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

• Please claim the tent with your name on it. Do not mistakenly take someone else's tent or use another person's tent. Any resulting losses to individuals or the organizer due to such actions will require compensation.

• After the music ends, it is prohibited to make noise or play Bluetooth speakers.

• Especially in the camping area, from 2:00 AM to 9:00 AM, please ensure everyone can have good quality sleep.

The campsite maintains its natural beauty, and smoking inside tents is strictly prohibited.

• Please set up your tent in the area marked with yellow tents on the site map, designated as BYOT area.

• There are no assigned spots; it's first-come, first-served basis, and tents of any size are allowed.

• One QR code per tent, so please cooperate and show camaraderie

• The use of disposable items such as paper bags, Styrofoam, plastic cups, and paper plates is prohibited throughout the venue. Please bring your own eco-friendly water bottles or food trays.

• At the bar service area on-site, we provide cup rental services. If you forget to bring your own, you can rent from us at a very affordable price. After use, please return the cups to the bar service area after washing.

• Parents are encouraged to camp in quiet areas to ensure their children can sleep peacefully.

• Please always ensure the proper care of your minors.

• If your child goes missing or gets injured, please immediately proceed to the medical station at the campsite or inform on-site staff.

• The campsite provides a children's play area. Parents should supervise their children carefully and ensure their safety during play.

• After 10:00 PM, minors are not allowed to enter the main stage area.

• Minors are strictly prohibited from consuming alcohol.

• Please ensure the proper care of your pets at all times. Keep them away from the stage area where loud noises may affect their emotions and ears.

• Do not let your pets get lost or engage in fights with other animals.

• Please clean up after your pets and bring waste bags to dispose of their waste.

• If your pet exhibits aggressive behavior towards children, please refrain from bringing them to the event or use a muzzle.

• Owners will be held responsible for any injuries or disputes caused by their pets, and the event organizers will not be liable.

• You can bring simple ingredients and a portable stove.

• You can bring drinking water.

• You can unload your equipment by the roadside before parking.

• The organizer reserves the right to change program content. In the event of force majeure, all event information will be provided via the official website.

• Force majeure ticket refunds: In case of major domestic or international events, natural disasters, or various circumstances involving the organizer or event performers leading to event cancellation.

• We also adhere to the Ministry of Culture's diverse ticket refund policies.

• Please refrain from purchasing tickets from unauthorized or unofficial channels or websites to avoid compromising your own rights.

• Upon entry, each person must present their individual ticket. Duplicate tickets are invalid.

• The validity of tickets is subject to verification by the organizer's system. The organizer reserves the right to make the final interpretation.

• Mountainous areas experience significant climate variations. Please bring warm clothing, mosquito repellent, sunglasses, sunscreen, and rain gear.

• We recommend bringing a small first aid kit to prevent injuries.

• There are no storage lockers provided at the event. Please keep your important belongings with you at all times.

• The event is covered by public liability insurance to prevent accidents, ensuring the safety of participants.

• The use of prohibited substances is strictly prohibited. The event has inspection stations, and there is zero tolerance for drugs. Please do not attempt to break the law.

• Please dispose of your recyclable waste in the recycling bins.

• Separate kitchen waste from general trash.

• Our environmental volunteers will inspect and maintain cleanliness of the venue at all times.

• Let's work together to keep the environment clean.

• Throwing cigarette butts on the ground is strictly prohibited.

• Please carry portable ashtrays or wrap them in tissue paper and dispose of them in the trash bins.

• Please take your trash with you and clean your camping area after packing up to leave no trace.

• For "individuals applying for refunds," the refunded shall pay the refund handling fee and a bank remittance fee of 30 NT. (Applicable to transactions paid in cash or via virtual account transfer.)

• In the case of "organizer-initiated refunds," no refund handling fee is required.The refunded amount, after deduction of the handling fee, will be remitted on the fourth Friday after receipt. In the event of a national holiday, it will be postponed by one week. 

• Consumers are responsible for checking their accounts, and no further notification will be provided.

• Please inform us of your refund request by contacting our LINE official account: @earthfest, and provide your ticket purchase information.

• Orders cannot be restored after the refund process. Please confirm again.

• In accordance with Article 6 of the "Standardization of Contracts for Arts and Cultural Performance Tickets and Matters Not to be Stipulated" announced by the Ministry of Culture regarding the refund and exchange ticket mechanism.

• Refund Handling Fee:

• Refunds are allowed within 3 days of ticket purchase (including the third day). The refund handling fee is capped at 5% of the ticket face value, starting from the day the organizer receives the refund notice.

• Refund handling fees are capped at 10% of the ticket face value if requested more than 31 days before the performance date.

• Refund handling fees are capped at 30% of the ticket face value if requested between 11 to 30 days before the performance date.

• Refund handling fees are capped at 50% of the ticket face value if requested between 3 to 10 days before the performance date.

• Refunds are not permitted within three days (including the third day) before the performance date.
